Privacy Policy
This explains what happens to your information when you use this site. It is deliberately short, because this site does very little with your data — and everything it does is listed below.

What is collected
There are exactly two ways this site collects anything about you.
1. If you fill in the request form
You choose to send:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your venue's name
Nothing else is collected with it, and nothing is inferred from it. Your venue's name is a commercial detail about your business, so it is treated as confidential and is never published, shared or used as an example without your permission.
2. If you subscribe to the newsletter
Your email address, and nothing else.
3. Analytics, only if you agree to it
If you press Accept on the cookie banner, Google Tag Manager loads and Google Analytics records how the site is used — pages viewed, how far down you scroll, which sections you reach before you leave, which questions you open, which buttons are pressed, and roughly where in the world you are. None of that identifies you personally. If you press Reject, nothing loads at all and the site works exactly the same. Full detail in the Cookie Policy.
Why, and on what basis

Who else handles it
- Netlify, Inc. — hosts this site and runs the function that receives the form. It does not store your submission. Based in the United States, so the request passes through there under the standard safeguards. Their privacy policy.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sends the email you asked for and stores your address so it can be sent. Processing happens on European infrastructure (eu-west-1). Their privacy policy.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and only ever runs if you consent. Their privacy policy.
Nobody else. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and there is no advertising or profiling technology on this site at all.
Worth mentioning because it is unusual: the fonts on this site are served from this domain rather than from Google's font service, so simply reading these pages sends nothing to Google.
Data leaving Europe
Netlify is based in the United States, so a form submission passes through there on its way in. That transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with Netlify's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your email address is then held by Resend, a US company, on European infrastructure chosen for that reason, under the same Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited inside the EU. If you would rather nothing left Europe at all, simply do not submit a form and reject analytics — the site works fully either way.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries — up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
- Newsletter — until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
- Analytics — 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
- Server logs — a short period held by Netlify for security purposes.
If you would rather not give it
Nothing here is compulsory. You can read every word of this site without providing anything at all. Giving your details is only necessary if you want something sent to you — and if you do not, the only consequence is that nothing gets sent.
Keeping it safe
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are held in access-controlled systems at Netlify. Only Kirill Ivanov reads them. No security is absolute, but the surface here is deliberately small: there are no accounts, no passwords and no payment details on this site, because none are needed.
No automated decisions
Nothing on this site makes a decision about you automatically. You are not being scored, ranked or compared against anyone else, and nothing is used to accept or refuse anyone as a client without a person reading it. There is no profiling of any kind here.
Children
This is a service for people who own hospitality businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and no data is knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has sent something through this site, email the address above and it will be deleted.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see what is held about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what is done with it, object to it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
Email info@hospitalitysuccesspartners.com and you will get a reply from a person, not a ticketing system, normally well within the month the law allows.
If you are not happy with the answer
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority. For this business that is the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, but you may also complain to the authority where you live or work. Raising it directly first is welcome, and usually faster.

Changes
This policy is written and maintained here, on this domain, and is the only version there is. If the site starts doing something new with data, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
